The Yale men's tennis team will face tough opposition this weekend, with teams journeying to New Haven from all over the Northeast for the Connecticut State Championship. After a promising showing at the Dartmouth Invitational, the Yale Bulldogs will look to finish out their fall season on a high note. Match play will begin Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.
Eli veteran Nathan Brown will make his much-anticipated return this weekend and shine for the Bulldogs. Brown has been instrumental in the leadership of the team this season and will pair with Camille Kima for the first time in doubles. Sophomore phenom Alan Sou will seek to follow up on an impressive performance at the Dartmouth Invite and will also play doubles with fellow classmate Cody Lin. Junior Dylan King will compete alongside first-year Michael Sun for the first time as well, and with King's steady groundstrokes and Sun's imposing service game, the duo will certainly pose a challenge to the contending teams. These new doubles teams will provide for an exciting weekend of tennis in front of an impassioned home crowd.
