The Yale Men's Tennis team will square off against UC Davis at 2:00 this Thursday afternoon in Davis, California. This will be one of three matches the Bulldogs will play this week, the other two against Sacramento State and Portland on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
Yale will look to build on their successes their last few matches both in doubles and singles, with several players having stepped up in recent weeks in the absence of first year star Michael Sun. Sophomore Alan Sou has been a particularly valuable asset for the Elis, winning his last four matches since entering the singles lineup. In doubles, senior captain Nathan Brown will look to continue his dominance alongside junior veteran Dylan King. In singles, junior Ryan Cheng and sophomore Cody Lin will both look to extend their respective singles win streaks in their home state of California while also teaming up at the No. 1 doubles position. First year Arnav Dhingra will likely play alongside junior Andrew Heller, with the undefeated duo looking to leave their mark during this string of matches.
